2. Service

Rack & Sync provides inventory, warehouse, order, and fulfillment tools. Marketplace features can read authorized shop data, create internal fulfillment records, and send authorized inventory updates. Rack & Sync does not replace a marketplace checkout.

3. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate account and shop information
• Protect account access and credentials
• Give access only to authorized workers
• Review inventory updates before live use
• Follow applicable laws and marketplace rules
• Use marketplace data only for authorized operations

4. Marketplace connections

You authorize Rack & Sync to use the access that you approve through each marketplace. You can disconnect a marketplace in Rack & Sync. You can also revoke access in the marketplace account. A disconnect removes stored marketplace credentials but can retain operational records as described in the Privacy Policy.

The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

5. Etsy application disclaimer

THIS APPLICATION IS SOLELY PROVIDED BY RACK & SYNC, THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ETSY, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.

6. Fees

You are responsible for the fees and taxes that apply to your Rack & Sync subscription. Etsy does not bill you for Rack & Sync and is not responsible for Rack & Sync fees.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Rack & Sync to:

• Scrape or bypass a marketplace API
• Collect data without authorization
• Send spam or unauthorized buyer messages
• Sell or transfer marketplace data
• Train AI models with marketplace data
• Interfere with a marketplace or another user
• Infringe intellectual property rights

8. Service changes and suspension

We can change or suspend features to maintain security, comply with law, or comply with a marketplace requirement. We can suspend access for a material breach of these terms.

9. Warranty and liability

Rack & Sync is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not make implied warranties. You are responsible for reviewing inventory and fulfillment results. We are not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential loss.

10. Ending use

You can stop using Rack & Sync and request account deletion. Marketplace access can end sooner if the marketplace suspends or terminates the related API access.
